A finished Horror boot can list in Divines, but the 18 Sep cluster was p25 1 Divine / median 2 Divine. Against a 1.34 Divine slam, p25 loses. It is not the thing to craft. Sell Absent, Refined Breach, and +minion belts first.

Hard stop: If MS missed, never Horror. Essence of Haste does not give boot move speed. 22 Sep slam is 1.34 Divine against an 18 Sep cluster of p25 1 Divine / median 2 Divine. No Farrul until that pair already pays.
